Parties

Buyer: the natural or legal person placing an order on https://www.valorisluxury.com. Name, address, and contact details appear on the order confirmation and any invoice.
Subject
This agreement covers the sale of products ordered electronically and the parties’ rights and duties. Product characteristics, tax-inclusive price, payment, and delivery details are shown in the order summary.
Order and payment
An order is formed when checkout is completed and payment is confirmed (except cash on delivery, which is collected on delivery). Campaigns, coupons, and free-shipping thresholds apply as calculated at checkout. In case of stock or pricing errors, we will notify you promptly and offer a suitable resolution.
Delivery
Deliveries are primarily made by courier within the TRNC. Estimated timelines appear in the order summary; you will be informed of force majeure or carrier delays. See the Shipping policy.
Exchange
Valoris Luxury does not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. Within 3 business days of delivery, eligible items may be exchanged for size or colour. See the Exchange policy.
Disputes
Parties will first seek resolution via contact channels. Competent authorities and applicable law remain reserved.
