DELIVERY
When will my order arrive?+
Orders within the TRNC are usually delivered within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Which areas do you deliver to?+
We deliver across Northern Cyprus (TRNC) only: Nicosia, Famagusta, Kyrenia, Morphou, Iskele and Lefke.
What is the shipping fee?+
Delivery within the TRNC is ₺240. Orders of ₺5000 and above qualify for free shipping.
How is my order delivered?+
Orders are delivered by cargo to your address within Northern Cyprus. We notify you during preparation and shipment.
EXCHANGES
Can I exchange my item?+
Yes. You may request a size/colour exchange within 3 business days of delivery for unused items with tags attached. See the Exchange Policy for details.
Can I return my item?+
No. We do not offer returns or refunds. Only exchanges are available within 3 business days of delivery for eligible items.
Who pays shipping for an exchange?+
Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer (except defective or wrong items approved by operations).
