Scope
Valoris Luxury primarily ships to addresses in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC). The address and method selected at checkout apply.
Timelines
Preparation and estimated delivery windows depend on stock, demand, and the carrier; ranges shown at checkout are targets. Public holidays and force majeure may extend timelines.
Fees
Shipping fees and any free-shipping threshold are calculated from current settings at cart/checkout. Campaigns may temporarily change fees or thresholds.
Handover
Delivery is made to the address you provide. Failed deliveries due to incomplete address, wrong phone, or recipient absence may lead to redelivery or return, possibly with extra cost. Cash-on-delivery amounts are collected on delivery.
Delays
We will notify you of carrier delays where possible. Please inspect packages on receipt and keep a record of visible damage. Contact us with your order number for issues.
